Does the spin basket swish around at a "normal" speed" during wash cycle?

Hi
Check the coin trap. Mine did the same thing and I took the hose to the pump off and found all sorts of stuff clogging it and keeping it from draining. The slow spin is a safety measure in case this becomes clogged.
hope this helps

Take the bottom panel off the front, and once you do, you will see the pump right in front. Unscrew the front of it, and pull all the stuff out. Unplug the washer before you do this, and I would lean it back up against the wall, so when you unscrew the pump cover the water won't come out all over you. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
