Whirlpool oven (mod RBS275PDQ16) won't heat up at all. Took thermostat off and straight wired it and it still won't heat up. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you are talking about the thermostat in the back of the oven, that you had to remove the oven, and take the back panel off to get to, and you jumped it out and the oven won't come on. Provided you have full power, you would need a clock control board. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

If you take the 2 wires off, and put them together. Of course you have the power off when you take the stove out, and put the terminal ends together, and put some tape around it so it does not hit metal, and then turn the power on. If it comes on, replace it. I also must ask if this problem occured after you put the oven in a clean cycle. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Okay thank you. The thermostat is good then. I think its two relays on the control board.
