Just ordered an overload relay switch...but the terminals don;t match the existing wire from the refridgerator or original part. Also the parts diagram included with new part is upside down as compared to unit. Any help or insight would be appreciated.the

If you have a meter and know how to use it, I can help you install the new device. If no meter and you wire it up wrong, you could burn out the start winding in the compressor.
Best to see if this parts site can supply you a unit physically the same as the old unit.
For now, I would take a picture of the wiring to the old unit and retain it and the old device for inspection later for wiring info.
Sometimes when they have a production change in the compressor, they will give instructions to use the serial # to select which start device to use.Just check the instructions.
