Will not spin trying to wash a load. Fills with water fine then just sits and we had a smell coming from behind the machine that smelled hot.

Many Thanks For Any Input!

Wickel,

I believe you inadvertently, supplied an improper model number

MTQ600TQ0

We cannot retrieve any service or parts information.

Could you please verify the model number off the production plate on the washer.

MTW6300TQ ???

Thanks,
:) :) :)

I drained out the washer using the Pause/Cancel button then attempted to use the setting Spin Only. It kicked in and started spinning it to the left. Then stopped and spun it to the right. Then just stopped and sits there while the pump continues to pump out the small amount of water that was sprayed onto the load.
I'm thinking that this is some kind of control board issue possibly?

Wickel,

Thanks for the model number and the updated error code.

The F 32 error code indicates the water level is not changing in the drain cycle.

Before you replace the control assembly,

Part number: AP4360738
Part number: AP4360738

Check the drain hose for kinks and proper install in the drain pipe.
Check the drain pump and hose for clogs or damaged impeller fins.
Check the air dome hose for debris, kinks or clogs( the clear plastic 1/4 in. hose that is attached to the outer tub on the right rear side and runs up to the back of the control board).

Good Luck,
:) :) :)

Got it up and running! Apparently a loose quarter worked it's way into the drain pump hose and was pinching it tight. Luckily it never was able to work it's way into the impeller blades. The heat we were smelling was due to an overworked drain pump. Everything works great now though and thank you soo much for your help! :D
