The ceramic socket for each of the two lights underneath the oven have cracked & one has actually broken to the point that it is unsafe when replacing the bulb. Two questions:
1. In the exploded view of the oven part #'s 17 & 18 look like what I may be looking for, but the detailed description jumps from parts 12 to 19 omitting 17 & 18. Why? Is this not serviceable?
2. If these sockets are not available would I have to de-mount the oven, lay it on its back, and find some kind of replacement from an electrical supply house. I hope not - that would be a pain.
Thanks in advance.

For what it is worth - new sockets are available, and it only takes 5 screws to swing down the bottom panel for access. 20 minute project.
