The problem I'm experiencing is my freezer is freezing and doing what it suppose to do but the refrigerator is not cold. The temperature switch both fill little different when you go to move it to a certain temperature. The temperature shows 71 Degrees for the refrigerator and the freezer shows 0degrees.I'm guessing it can be the thermostat.

Your model # will not work. I would check in the freezer for a ice clog at the freezer control flapper in the freezer.

Where is the freezer control flapper located. Is it located on the thermastat or near it?Do I need to turn down the thermastat to let it defrost?

If your control panel is in the back wall of the refrigerator, the control is right in back of it.

Both controls are in the refrigerator not the freezer. So,it would be behind both controls?

If the evaporator is all frosted up, that is your problem. When you take the freezer back panel off, check for ice at the vent to the refrigerator section.

The evaporator is clear. It's not frosted. The air from the freezer is not blowing to the refrigerator at all.No coldnest what so ever. When I move the thermastat for the refrigerator, you do not hear the compresor shut on or off.You can hear for the freezer.

Either your evaporator fan is not working, or you have an ice jam in the bottom fridg section behind the lower crisper drawer. If ok, pull the control panel off and check the vent to the freezer.
