My washer was doing the same thing ( E47). Replaced the Door Lock Assy. and it fix the problem. Thanks for your help and support APP.:) :D

on the ptc if you have power going to the wax motor,should it be getting hot,and how long does it take for it to fully open

an appliance tech told me that means Positive Temperature Control...
