Hi Dear Gene/Sir
Found the model # on this fairly new microwave
It is PVM2070SMSS
Someone repaied this microwave and perhaps forgot to plug
back the connector to the touch control panel which control the surface
night light. (not oven light)
I have replaced both 120V-20W bulbs and it is not working
Can some one help me how to take out the touch control panel
and make sure that all connectors are pluged in properly
or refit them so that there is no loose connection
Thanks Gene for your help
Dan

Dan,

Remove the five screws holding the bottom panel and remove the panel. Remove the quick disconnect plug for the light socket and check for 120 VAC while the control calls for the surface lights.

If the reading is incorrect, replace the power control board.

Remove the two screws on top of the microwave. Open the microwave door and slide the hidden vent (top grille) to the left and remove it. The control panel secured with one screw on top of it.
