The water dispenser on the freezer door of my Kenmore Coldspot Fridge will sometimes drip after use. This makes for quite a mess if it drips overnight! Need repair suggestions. Details please. I'm a novice. Thanks

Probably a bad water solenoid in the back of fridg. Also, could be low water pressure to it. When replacing it, check the water pressure by loosing the line to it and verify "decent" pressure. Your solenoid is available by clicking on your model # above.

Could the problem have anything to do with where the water is dispensed? The pressure is good and a glass is filled quickly. I was wondering if an adjustment could be made around the dispensing arm b/f I start replacing parts. Also, I'm unable to find my Model # from the list I have to choose from. If I still need to replace the part, should I use one from another Model? Thanks.

- Replacement solenoid valve for your Sears model (might look slightly different from the old valve). This is a dual solenoid valve - one solenoid supplies water to the ice maker and another to the water dispenser - this is the solenoid richappy is talking about (only available as a complete valve).
