will appreciate any help thanks in advance Srizvi, Did you not have a failure code in the display ? Is there a loud low humming noise, when the unit tries to heat ? I'm not sure if you have a bad control board or high voltage transformer. If you have a multi meter : Disconnect the Black wire on terminal 2 and the Brown wire on terminal 1 at the printed circuit control board. Plug the power cord back in and test for 120 VAC from the end of the Black wire to chassis ground wire. That will tell us if all the power in components are working. Check the #2 Terminal (on the board ) to chassis ground for 120 VAC. Should have no VAC. Now program the control for a cooking mode and start unit, Check for 120 VAC from the #2 terminal on the board to chassis ground, you should have the 120 VAC. If you have the proper readings, you'll need to check your wiring for frayed wires and loose connections, the replace the high voltage transformer Part number: AP3890695
Of course, if you dont have the voltages, or the voltage is low on the #2 terminal, you'll need the control board Part number: AP4358872
Good Luck, :) :) :)
