Timer works, drains fine. Normal cycle final spin/drain does not work even manually. Other cycles work normally except fro skipping the second wash/agitate cycle

Also I would check if it fills with cold water. Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LA8580XWW2 Gene.
