Go to start up and push start button and let off and it quits running. Any idea where in system the problem lies?

Well I looked up the model number you posted and it would not come up. I gotta shoot from the hip. IF your dryer has a start switch that is a small black box with 4 wires leading into it then most likely that is the problem. That sucker is fried. Replace it. IF your dryer is the one with the clear plastic 2 wire start button then kimosabe I has bad news fer you. That is a bad dryer motor. Now you could do thangs to make it happy like oil the rollers and idler and make sure the drum glide is smooth and the drum is turning easily. If all of that is covered and she still won't get out of the start winding, then it is new motor time. UNLESS you want to make a last ditch effort to make that motor purr. You could drill out the cotton wells on each end of that dryers motor bearing mounts with an 1/8th inch drill bit(making sure you don't hit the shaft) and shoot the end bells with a slick oil such as a high temperature heat resistant non-flammable oil like zoom-oil. That would be drastic but it sometimes works and is better than spending big bucks on a new motor. NOTE: Do not use WD-40. That is good oil but highly flammable.
