The Whirlpool microwave oven is plugged in but there's no display. The circuit breaker is on and there's power at the ac receptacle. The power went off while warming up some food.
I ordered a replacement "line fuse" and need to know how to install it in place of the existing fuse.

You'll have to uninstall it and remove the outer cabinet cover. You will see the fuse in one of the power cord legs, somewhere between where the core enters the cabinet, and the control panel. It won't be hard to see.

thanks...replacing the line fuse worked. Re-installed the unit and warmed up left-overs for lunch to test out the repair.
