I have voltage to the baking element and broil element but no current. I have check the elements with a ohm meter it shows good . I check the temp prob it showed 1100 ohm. Could the clock/timer broad be bad?

I am assuming that the stove top runs OK.

If the wiring from the control board to the elements is OK then odds are the control board is shot.

The unit does not show a thermal cut-off.
