I have a Magic Chef 310 Breadmaker. The bread sinks on the top of the loaf during the baking cycle. When the bread is done, there is a hole a quarter of the way in. My manual states it may be a gas bubble and is rare. But, this happens to every loaf of bread I make. I've purchased fresh ingredients, such as the bread flour and yeast, but to no avail...it stills sinks in the middle. What can I do to stop this from happening?
