It's a Tappan furnace, model L1RC 080D-16B, serial #- L1D060606846.
I've checked the inlet and the outlet, though both seam fine. I pulled the output line and there seamed like there was a lot of condensation, though I'm not sure if that is a norm. Runs fine otherwise. I don't think the limit switch is bad-since the motor is hot to the touch. The unit did freeze up this summer while running the ac, would that cause excess water and make the motor run harder? I'm not sure were to go from here. Any ideas?

While still under warranty, a service person came out and found a kink in the condensate line that comes out of the side (kink was from the original install). Witch caused the original over heat 3 Yrs ago. So I took apart all condinsate lines that I could track and blow/sucked them out, via air compressor/shop vac. The switch does not pop anymore, though the motor still seems hot. I looked at the "fan" there does not appear to be a pug to serve as a drain of sorts under the unit. There is an 1" x 3/4" piece of plastic that may serve as one, though I do not see any kind of release, there is a 1/8 hole in the center of the piece that I cannot quite see what it goes to, there is a mounting screw next to said piece, so I don't think it's a mount.........?????
