I recently ordered a lower dishrack for my Whirlpool dishwasher. The original part was AP4512509, but that is no longer available. The substitute replacement part is W10311986. I received the dishrack and it needs some assembly. Since it looks nothing like the original part, I need some assembly instructions. There are parts that I do not know where they go. Please help!

I got the same dishrack and these IDIOTS did not sent instructions either and they sent me off to this forum which is useless.

I'm going to RMA this instructionless rack and pass the work that this outfit SUCKS a BIG ONE!

Dear Bill,

Please accept our apologies in receiving no assembly instructions with the rack you purchased from us. That rack Whirlpool provides everyone does not include instructions. However we were able to find instructions on a different rack that is similar in design we have found that will help.

Those instructions I have included in an attachment below.

We want to thank you for your business and understanding in this matter.

Customer satisfaction is always important to us.

Thanks for the instructions. I've figured out the tinerow and tinerow retainer, but there are two clip-on parts that I don't know what to do with. Can you help?

The two clips attach to each end of the front part of the rack to act as bumpers that will press the rack against the front of the door when its closed.

They are basically used to keep the rack in place and lined up with the upper washarm when the door is closed.

That photo diagram just doesn't help with W10311986.
