If you can access the high voltage transformer, remove the wires from the transformer primary winding and check for 120 VAC between these wires while the control calls for heat and the door is closed. If there is no 120 VAC, replace the control board. If there is 120 VAC, then most likely the problem is a bad magnetron. If there is no access to the high voltage transformer through the control panel, then the microwave has to be removed from the cabinet and the microwave outer case has to be removed. - The control board Part number: AP2631621 - The magnetron kit Part number: AP4564705 Gene.
