My brand new dryer was delivered the other day. My father in law hooked it up and the igniter comes on but the gas doesn't ignite. Home Depot is sending out a repair man but if the problem is on my end I have to pay the repair bill myself. Can anyone think of anything that we could have done wrong to make it not work? I know for sure that gas is coming out of the line so it's not that. We let it run for a half an hour to see if it would ignite evetually but nothing. Please help. :)

If the gas is turned on, then it is off no fault of yours. Tom www.applianceeducator.com
