Too warm in back to freeze. Tried switching leads again, unable to get water to ice maker using door water dispenser.

I check the valve by swapping the leads as suggested. This Activated the icemaker and caled for water. I assumed the Ice Maker was faulty and ordered a replacement from APP. Everything is installed but the tray will not fill. I checked the fill tube and it is not frozen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
