 I purchased a new Freezer door for my side by side Frig. It is a genuine replacement part, but the power coupling at the bottom of the door is not the same as the connector on the frig. Is there some sort of adaptor that I can use to get power to the door dispenser?

They may have told you it was a genuine replacement part, but the fact the wiring harness does not match is proof it is not the correct part. If it were, then it would have come with an adapter for the wiring harness. Did you get this door directly from the manufacturer, or a dealer?

From a parts dealer. It came in a GE Box, fits perfectly, but the wiring harness is different. When I looked on the website at the diagram, it looks like there is an adaptor to that harness, but no part number. I spoke to GE and they indicated since there is no part number, they can't get it!!

Well, I looked up the model number you specified in original post, and i was unable to locate any wiring harness from the freezer door, which is odd. Have you spoken to parts dealer you bought door from? What did they tell you? Also, it wouldnt be the first time a wrong part was odered/shipped, plus, i've had incorrect parts in the correctly labeled box. Ask them if they know of this part number for the adapter, if there is indeed one.
