KTK. Please post serial#. Also check if the freezer fan is running, also is the center divider of the box hot to the touch, if it is, yake off the back access cover and veriify if the condensor fan is running, or if you have a very dirty condensor.

Hi,
I have the same issue. I have a GE (Ser# LD308303; Model# GTS22UBMBRCC). The freezer is very cold and warm in the frig.
I removed the back panel and yes there was ice all over the evp coil. After reading this post, I decided to replace the defrost heater and thermostat.
I had the frig on for 24 hours and the frig is still not cold. The evp coil has ice on it.
I can't seem to locate the defrost timer also. Not sure if this model has a defrost timer.
Now, I'm starting to think that I have a bad board.
Can anyone confirm? Any help would be great.
Thanks all
This is an awesome board.
GLL

I have a GE Model# GTS22WCMARWW. The freezer is freezing but the frig is not cold. I replaced the Evaporator Motor and it does not turn on. I had the mother board replaced about 4 years ago.

devsam2@yahoo.com, In such GE refrigerators when the evaporator fan goes bad it causing damage to the main control board. Both of these parts should be replaced together. Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model GTS22WCMARWWGene.
