I was about to replace the entire door of my Jenn Air JMV8000BAB but the company said that if I replace the door, I would need to have it professionally aligned and checked for leaks. Is this their way of saying "buy a new microwave instead of trying to fix the old one" or is there really a need to do the leak check? The door seems to just slide on to the fixture, so not sure what alignment could be done. Thanks for any advice.
