Thanks Joe, they are even sending the parts FedEx.....should be up and running tomorrow.

Finished the job yesterday........nice a quiet now, good as new.
The job wasn't really difficult at all..........just time consuming like you said. Probably took the better part of 4hrs........

Do you still remember who you contacted, because I have the same exact problem with my washer. And what would be the reason on how you convinced the manufacture to claim it as warranty. Any information would be appreciated. MSS 2010, I think AJ could be more specific than me, but: Have all your information ready when you call, Model number Serial number Date of purchase When the noise began etc. And be ready for a battle as AJ stated. Good Luck, :cool: :cool: :cool:
