My Maytag washing machine runs great but only a small amount of water slowly drains during the spin cycle. The tub spins and a minimal amount of water drains. Any ideas?

Schrades,

Are you missing a small article, sock, napkin, hanky, etc. ?

Sounds like something is stuck in the tub to pump hose or pump.

Remove the two phillips head screws in the bottom of the front panel,(approximately 3 in. off the floor).

Pull out the bottom of the panel, until it unclips itself from the top.

Pump and hose are located on the right hand front corner on the base.

Drain as much water as possible befor you loosen and disconnect hose clamps.

You're going to have water no matter what, but the less you have, the less you need to clean up.

:) :) :)
