Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/18/2008(UTC) Posts: 6		I have a Neptune washer- model #MAH5500BWW. Console touch pad lights, but I cannot change any of the settings or turn the machine on/off. I tried doing the diagnostics test but the machine does not respond when I try to go into the service mode. I unplugged to try to reset, no change. I replaced the control panel as well, but no change. Any ideas? Serial number is A9700679EJ, I think from 2002. Thanks!
