I have a rental condo and the tenants are saying that the freezer part of the refrigerator is not freezing. I THINK the refrigerator is a Hotpoint. It's not that old and have never had problems with it before.

Here's a picture of it:

What do I do to fix the freezer?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

"Not freezing" is not enough to guide you through the troubleshooting. We need as much information as possible about all parts inside and outside of the refrigerator. Also we need the complete model number of the refrigerator. Guessing is not the right way to fix anything.

Gene.
