My washer is giving me F70 or F71 errors once in a while.
So far I was able to unplug it and then the problem gone, but it comes back.
The washer is about 2 years old.
Model WFW9200SQ
Some parts have two more digits like 00, 01 but my washer does not have it.

I am wondering, do I have to replace the CCU unit?

I have removed the top panel, but it seems I cannot reach the CCU unit.
It is attached to the right side on the top, but the white front panel and metal strip are holding it down.

The CPU has some kind of cover on the top that holds on two clips on the both sides. So, I can unclip one of it, but not the other one.

Do you know how to get to the CCU unit? and remove the top front panel?

Or what else can be done about it?

Please, help. thanks!

There must be some numbers after "Q" in the model number. Verify the washer name plate and repost it please.

Gene.

P.S. The name plate should be on the door frame.
