I replaced the electronic control board and the BIMETL-DEF and the refrigerator is still only getting to 43 degrees on the refrigerators coldest setting with the freezer at the 4 setting which is the recommened factory setting, and the freezer is working fine. The seal is fine sometimes It seals so tight I have to put my fingers between the seal and refrigerator to get the door to open. When I replaced the parts I let the freezer completely defrost and pour HOT water though the drain on the bottom to make sure it was clear. I also checked the space where the cold air flows from the freezer to the refrigerator and it was completly clear. I had a pro come out and check it before I ordered the parts and he told me to order the electronic control board and to replace the BIMETL-DEF just in case. any ideas?

What is the exact temperature in the freezer?

After you measure it, remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with snow. Post the results.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GD5RHAXNQ00 Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

The freezer temperature is -25 degrees, I have to keep taking it apart because the coils keep getting frosted ove and after a while if I dont do it the rear panel gets frosted over.

There are two control boards in this refrigerator. Which control board did you replace?

This is the correct part.

Check the air return (left bottom in the fresh food). It suppose to be open and not obstructed with anything.

Make sure the connecting rod (#23 on the diagram) is properly connected to the air diffuser and the air gate in the diffuser is operating properly. Set the freezer temperature control (the left knob) on "1" which will keep the air diffuser open all the way.

Wait about 24 hours, measure the temperature in both compartments and post the results.
