Hello Everyone,
I have a 20.5 cubic foot freezer that the temperature doesn't get below 25 degrees F. I verified that compressor is running and is slightly warm to the touch. I have removed evaporator cover on inside of freezer and coils were not covered in ice. The fan on inside of freezer is working. I have verified operation of defrost timer, heater and thermostat on the evaporator coils. Door appears to be sealing properly. Is there anything else that could be causing unit not to freeze or is it time to replace this freezer?:)
