I have an over the range GE microwave oven. A few digits on the keypad
no longer work. Specifically the "reheat key" the "1" and the "7".
Anybody know what's up with that ??:confused:

Most likely the problem is a bad touch pad. The model number you posted is incomplete.

Gene, thanks for your reply. The model number shown on the silver plate
inside the oven is JVM143WA001 the Serial No. MT960517S

Do you think that this is something I can replace on my own?

Correction to the model number

JVM143 1 WA001.. Sorry....keypad is white
