Hi there,

My air conditioning is always on, even after I turned control switch for the blower or turn off the thermostate. The only way to turn it off is to cut the electricity from circuit breaker.

Any idea?

Thanks,
Ning

Thanks for your reply. Please advise which wiring I need to check. The machine worked fine just a few days ago and blower and controller seem all working (automatically turned on/off), except air conditioning never stops. Very strange.

Disconnect the yellow wire on thermostat and see if A/C stops.

 O/P Stated that that the blower (fan) stops, therefore the fan relay is not sticking. Sounds like the compressor contactor is sticking. Removing the yellow (to compressor contactor coil ) will prove this.
