My washer fills up with water but then does not agitate, spin and does not drain. You can see it try to spin and then it stops. Since it does not cycle it will not drain either. Please give advice, will try anything.....

I would look for a sock stuck in the water pump.

I got it. It was a detergent/dryer in one sheet not allowing it to drain. Guess we wont be using them anymore. Thanks!!
