Hello

We noticed yesterday our freezer and fridge were not cooling. While cleaning the fridge out, when the doors are open for a short time there is a clicking sound and the lights go dim as if there is a big power draw. I can also hear a motor and fan running on the freezer side. The air vent on this side is blowing warm air. Can anyone provide some troubleshooting advice? While waiting, I will pull the fridge out and vacuum any dust or debris that has built up.
