I also have Kenmore same model ,Did all the same test ,Transformer,Cap,Diode all results normal as per test tech-sheet .
Will a Magnetron make a loud noise ?

Yes it's possible, especial if there is continuity between each of the two terminals and the body of the magnetron.

Magnetron - Continuity between each of the two terminals good .7 ohm --Terminal to Body infinite.
I see it arcing inside the magnetron terminal box form a small hole in corner of box .
CK HV Cap with a 9V battery and meter -Terminal to Terminal 9V ------Terminal to case 0v same results as info in tech-sheet .
Diode with 9v test CK good .
Magnetron ???
Any other way to test it ?

The magnetron is the culprit. If you need the correct part number, post the complete model number of the microwave.
