Hopefully someone can help me with this microwave issue.
Microwave is a GE over the range model number JVM3670SK03

The issue:
The oven will turn off/power down after about 5 minutes. No lights, nothing for about 15 minutes. When the power returns I need to reset the clock to use the oven again. It seems to be a thermal issue of some sort because it will work after a cooling period.

There is no problem with the power coming into the unit.

Sounds like the problem is a bad cooling fan (#78 on the diagram). Check it for continuity and make sure the fan blade is in place. Look for the tech sheet behind the top grill or inside the control panel for the proper motor resistance value. If the motor is fine, then problem can be a bad control board.

It is possible that the microwave has to be removed from the cabinet to access the part.
