Icemaker is making ice; ice cubes cannot be dispensed. Water does dispense.

Have you tried both cubed and crushed ice?

Yes, we have tried both types of ice. A few cubes or chips will be released then it (the release) doesn't doesn't work.

Open the freezer and remove the ice bin. You may need to depress the door switch. Select any kind ofice and press the lever or button. Does the yoke (this drives the dispenser auger) move?

The motor has been replaced but the auger is not being turned to dispense the ice. My dad thinks the circuit board is malfunctioning. The ice bin has been removed but the switch is not functioning either. Thank you for posting on my thread

If you can depress the switch, and don't hear the motor, it could be as simple as a failed switch. If you hear the motor, but have no auger movement, you may need to replace the motor (stripped threads allowing the yoke to slip on the shaft).
