Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 8/16/2007(UTC) Posts: 3,273		Open the freezer and remove the ice bin. You may need to depress the door switch. Select any kind ofice and press the lever or button. Does the yoke (this drives the dispenser auger) move?

The ice bin has been removed but the switch is not functioning either. Thank you for posting on my thread

If you hear the motor, but have no auger movement, you may need to replace the motor (stripped threads allowing the yoke to slip on the shaft).
