We have taken the dispenser apart, completely cleaned it out. It works for a little while and then frost accumulates again within 2-3 weeks. Help! Thanks!!

This will expose hidden screws, if there are any. The trim will then slide up and detatch from the freezer door. the rest of the disassembly should then be somewhat evident. Make sure you unplug the machine first.
