My dryer drum won't turn, when I push the start button it starts counting down the time but nothing happens with the drum. My hubby, Mr. Fixit himself, thinks it's the starter in the door or in the internal works, help please!:rolleyes:

1st make sure you have 220v to the dryer... unplug move out (I usually lay them on the front).. remove rear cover... above left where the vent hose attaches are 2 wires going to the thermal fuse.. remove 1 wire and check to see if it has continuity( the fuse is about 2" long and white).. if no continuity replace and make sure vent thru house to the outside is clear
