freezer wont freeze. air coming out. cleaned coils. still not working.

Unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in. It'll sound like a purring mechanical sound.

Given its age, my first gess would be a low refrigerant charge. Can't be certain without further information. You willing to remove the panel inside the freezer to look at the evaporator and report what you find?

i removed the back panel, but have no idea what im looking at. the fan is working. the radiator looking thing has a little frost on it in one corner. other than that, im lost
