According the electric diagram (view attached file) the problem is the K1 Bake relay. - The part number for the relay board is AP3383664 Here are the break down diagrams for the Thermador oven/microwave combo Model SMW272BGene.

Hi Gene: Do I need to pull out the Thermador oven (SWM 272) in order to replace this relay?
Thanks, Tanner

Today was the third time since I bought this single oven range 10 years ago that I've had the opportunity to repair this board. This is a $2.00 (retail cost - closer to $0.50 for the manufacturer) Form 1A relay manufactured by a variety of suppliers. Every failure I've seen is the Bake relay. The OMRON series is an "8GP PCB Relay" that is is likely 9 V rated. I just looked up the replacement assembly and found it priced online at $745. In my opinion this is clearly a low quality design/reliability issue. I think its a sad statement about "just good enough to get by" design. Imagine the anguish and frustration that might have been saved for an additional 0.10 or $0.20 it would cost for a slightly more durable component.

Check the relay's soldered nodes on the PCB - if this is an oven that has run just fine for a LONG period of time, you may be having an intermittent connection, Vs. a bad relay. I am dealing with a very similar issue, on an Amana using a bank of OMRON G8P-UA (24v) relays. I've found that several of the soldered nodes are "cold" - one had blown away completely (on the BAKE relay), and the other was intermittent. The second responded well to re-soldering with a touch of silver solder filler. I decided to re-solder all the critical nodes on the board, anticipating future similar failures. Time will tell if the relays need replacing, or the whole board. Good luck..!
