I ordered a replacement upper dishwasher rack #3369903. It has screws for the roller adjustment arm. I can't tell what size they are - they don't appear to be a phillips head, maybe a hex head, but the hex head pieces I have are too big to fit. Any idea what these are?

Check these instructions. For some odd reason, Whirlpool does not usually include complete instructions with the dishrack.
