washer machine do not wash the clothes is like trying to wash but it get stack can anybody hep me with this issue?, i'll appresiated.

Your message is a little confusing, so I am going on the title of your post which suggests that the machine is agitating, draining but will not spin. If this is the case replacing the thrust bearing is the standard solution. Here is the part and instructions are included with them. Part number: AP4009132
