The unit still heats well but no action at all on the turn table. Maybe there is a method to re-set? hopefully??? Your help is appreciated.

Some models you can turn the turntable off make sure it isn’t turned off.

Remove the bottom of the microwave. When you remove the screws the bottom should hang down. Once done you can access the motor. Look on the motor and see what voltage it is rated for. Some are 24V and some are 110V be sure to set the meter for the voltage the motor is rated for. Using a voltage test for voltage with the microwave running. If you get voltage and the motor will not run replace the motor. If you do not get voltage this control is bad. If you don’t have a meter the motor is the best bet they give a lot of trouble.
