I lost all power on microwave. I found a blown 20 amp Buss fuse behind the front panel and replaced it. As soon as I plugged the microwave into the wall socket the fuse blew again. I checked the receptacle and it was OK. Any ideas as to what is causing this? I have (6) identical microwaves in some townhomes that I own, so I could use another unit if need be for parts swap/troubleshooting if that would help determine the source of the problem.

If the receptacle works, then check the plug from the microwave. Sounds like you could have a short in the wiring, check the connection of the plug in the back of the microwave. Make sure no wires are bare, check all wire nuts, make sure they are on tight and both wires inside each wire nut is in contact, best way is to just redo the wire nuts. If this doesn't solve it you could have a short inside the unit itself.
