The washer fills fine on wash load but the rinse or second
filling takes forever to fill. It takes about 90 minutes to do
a load of wash. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Most likly youe drain hose is to far in the drain pipe. Pull it out some. it should only be in their about 6" .
