Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/5/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		I was using my oven earlier and I noticed that the heating element was not staying on. I turned my oven up to 450 F and it came back on. Now the element won't turn on unless the degree is 450 F or higher. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing the problem or how it can be fixed?

The unit may think that it already at a high temperature. Check the oven sensor (se below) for resistance. Also check that the sensor connector are clean and not corroded.
