Whirlpool model SF365beyq4.

The wife is saying when on bake after a couple minutes the oven door will pop open and shut hard, as if a small explosion occured in the oven. She uses bake mostly.

I have checked the ignitor and it has continuity, 223 ohms. I have checked the power with bake on, it is 120 vac. Next is to test the regulator. A couple post indicate 3 terminals, middle-upper-bottom , but mine has 2 on top and 2 on bottom. I have continuity between the top 2 posts and between the bottom 2 posts, but nothing from top to bottom. How to know if regulator is bad? If broil ignitor is bad will that affect the bake?

What to test next?
