hi there. sorry I was so light on the particulars on the last post I found the correct model number
When I set the temperature to delicate and the timer to a full cycle on delicate the drum turns good but I do not get any heat. When I set the temperature to normal and the timer to full normal cycle the drum turns and I get heat however it is hard for me to tell if it is full heat I hope this helps rob

I cannot get your model number to come up, but sounds like the first place you should look is your cycling thermostat.

my model no. is mdg9206bww maytag gas dryer my serial no is 40693680zs
replaced duct exhaust and cleaned lint complete dry ignights but will not stay hot continues to tumle

jeffgalas Sounds like the problem is a bad gas valve coils. - The coil kit Part number: AP3094251
