Check if the oven will go off with one of the wires disconnected from the oven thermostat. If it would then you have to contact the place supplied the part for the warranty exchange. Otherwise check the wires and the proper electrical connection at the power cord. The black wire should be connected to the hot line and the white wire should be connected to the neutral line. - The part number for the oven thermostat is AP2623073 Gene.
